It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of recommendation for Esther Boivin.  We were introduced to Esther Boivin Interiors nearly four years ago after we purchased a unique property in Scottsdale, AZ.  While the home had ‘“Great Bones” was 20 years old. 

We were able to recreate a variety of spaces to be more intuitive, welcoming, and representative of our family’s living and entertaining style. As we frequently say, one of the best things that happened to us after our Arizona home purchase was our opportunity to work with Esther.

Esther got to know us, and our children, to fully understand our preferences, views on design, and how we wanted to use our home. We were looking for a designer who was able to bring a unique, “wow” design that would set our home apart from all the others.  While we’ve completed three projects, we’re in the middle of our fourth and largest project.  We could not be more thrilled with not only the process but the results of working with Esther.  Her wide variety of experiences in commercial, hospitality, and home interiors brought us a mesmerizing contemporary design that awes our friends and other guests. Esther provided the entire design experience for us: color schemes, furniture selection, flooring and tiling, painting, lighting, fixtures and accessories.  We are “over the moon” about the results Esther achieved. It is a pleasure to work with Esther.  As both my wife and I worked in various areas of the design field during our professional careers, Esther had to navigate to fulfill our objectives with two people who had definite and sometimes conflicting opinions.  She was able to deftly work with us, while staying on the strategy that she developed to help us fulfill our design dreams.   You will recognize very quickly the depth of Esther’s unique, trend forward, intuitive solutions to each design opportunity. Creative “out of the box” thinker

I would like to introduce you to Esther Boivin, our Interior Designer. She was a pleasure to work with on our home. She is a creative “out of the box” thinker and does a great job helping take great ideas (let alone generating plenty on her own), but then ensuring they are executed properly.

Multiple times throughout our project she suggested we do something slightly different because she said we wouldn’t like how it would turn out if we did it how we were initially thinking. The times we followed her advice we were thankful (and that was the majority), but the few times we didn’t we came to realize she really knew what she was talking about. Additionally, she isn’t an interior designer who lives in a “who cares about a budget” bubble. She is always respectful of the budget, and when you tell her a selection or idea really won’t work, she goes straight to work (with a cheerful attitude) on an alternative that is more budget-friendly. We wish you the best success with your home and I strongly recommend that you have Esther be a part of it.

Entirely respectful of budget restrictions

Esther is one of those amazing visionaries who instinctively knows exactly how to make any room spectacular. She is entirely respectful of budget restrictions and was quick to offer alternatives, supporting our decisions along the way.

She never gets annoyed or ruffled even if you call her with the most seemingly unimportant details or questions, but she demands perfection from vendors, all the same. I’ve recommended her time and time again and will continue to do so.

Handled everything for us

It’s no wonder Esther Boivin wins so many awards. She just finished helping us completely remodel our house, and the outcome is simply stunning. She created a striking look that is current, yet not typical so that it will hold up well

over time. She was amazing at understanding our tastes and used that information to produce an outcome that just fits our personalities. I value creativity, and no one is more innovative than Esther at coming up with little surprising touches that make a huge difference. She handled everything for us, from coordinating the contractors to finishing with just the right accents. The savings we benefited from with her designer’s discount much more than made up for the design feel. I chose to go with contemporary, but she is well-versed in all styles. Esther is a true professional, and so much fun to work with, and I give her my highest recommendation.

Communicating as needed for out of state clients

Esther has done the design/implementation for our two Scottsdale homes. She has a great eye and vision for a desert space and can deliver the full service within budget, including finding and managing trades, sourcing materials and communicating as needed for out-of-state clients.

Esther is a consummate interior design professional. We gave her a real challenge, remodeling an older, out-of-date residence with an amazing view. Esther saw our vision and the home’s potential and ultimately helped us transform the interior into a contemporary, modern home that accents

our view. She incorporated our input while gently pushing us outside of our comfort zone, finding the perfect combination of high/low design. We followed Esther’s lead on furnishings selection and art, incorporating new with existing pieces. In addition to her creative design skills, Esther also resourced the right vendors and ensured that they delivered as promised. All this was done with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. We still have more work to do on the interior and exterior and intend to keep using Esther as our partner. She is a true asset to anyone’s home design efforts and we couldn’t recommend her more.

A designer that we knew had an excellent reputation

My husband and I decided to move from Arizona to Florida. We decided to buy a new high-rise condo and knew we needed a fantastic designer. We interviewed several designers in both Florida and Scottsdale and decided it was best to hire a designer that we knew had an excellent reputation to

help us with our new adventure. We were so lucky to have found Esther. As soon as we met with her, we got a sense of her warm personality and her professionalism. It was important to me that she listen to all my ideas, creativity, and vision and get her expert opinion on what does and doesn’t work. She immediately knew what I wanted and understood my unique and eclectic design style. She has impeccable taste and has some creative ideas to make our home beautiful and outstanding. Esther pulled our ideas together into a cohesive plan and gave our home a one-of-a-kind, “wow” factor that gives us the pleasure of sharing with others, but ultimately enjoying ourselves.
